Central Texas Storytelling Guild hosts Tellabration! again this year.
Saturday November 22th, 2008 7:30pm to 9:30pm
(Location to be determined)
This is a free storytelling event!
Come join a storytelling event that
began in 1987 when Connecticut yarn spinner, J. G. Pinkerton, launched his
vision of a night of storytelling for adults and children. In 1988,
Tellabrations were held all across Connecticut in a dedicated evening of story
celebration. It has spread around the world!
In 1990 J. G. collaborated with the
National Storytelling Association (now NSA) to make the evening a
nationwide event. Working together, they succeeded in establishing Tellabration
as a coast-to-coast celebration. Please join the Central Texas
Storytellers Guild for this evening.
Please check back to this site for additional program information as it becomes available.
